BAG is a term I’ve created that stands for Business Accountability Group.  All start-ups need this.  My husbands success, in part, is based on a BAG.  He, like many start-ups, worked solo and from home at first.  It was difficult for him to remain focused and faithful to his goals.  He decided to meet with two other guys in town who also were start-ups (they were not in the same industry).  They each created, and clearly defined, measurable goals (both short term and long term) and would report on them at each meeting.  They would  hold each other accountable to meeting their objectives and in addition, provided each other with professional recommendations.

You can’t do this alone.  In addition to SCORE, SBA and the other resources I’ve provided you with, find yourself a BAG.  It will keep you on your toes, motivated and inspired.
